Where do I start.... I was a first time home buyer, purchasing from out of state (CO) using a VA loan. Kaitlyn really is such an amazing worker! From the first time we had met she asked us what we was looking for/wanted out of a home and we tried on one house which didn’t work not due to Kaitlyn but due to the lender not doing things correctly! But a couple weeks later we found a house, Kaitlyn got the ball rolling and contracts signed and about a month later (now) we got to purchase said house. Kaitlyn really is a blessing, trust her and just he patient!
